Improperly Installed PVC Ventc

The PVC vent and intake from the heater are improperly installed. All vents must be a minimum of 12” above the highest average snow level. Vents should not be wrapped with tape or any other covering. The distance between the two pipes should be 1’ minimum. In addition there should be an elbow at the point of termination.
