Improper installation of electrical mast

This 2” EMT (electrical metallic tube) is part of a mast for an aerial electrical service. This poor installation has resulted in water infiltration along with the resulting damage to the interior of this building. In addition water has infiltrated into the electrical panel which has caused additional damage.
