We climb and walk 90-95% of all roofs, when it is not safe to walk the roof we will view it from a ladder and provide pictures of the accessible areas. All accessible exterior surfaces are visually inspected with recommendations given on repairs and maintenance. Our interior inspection covers all major systems heating, air conditioning (weather permitting), plumbing, fixed appliances, electrical and structural. In addition we will explain the operation of the various systems and explain any potential problems with recommendations for repairs or replacement with estimated cost when appropriate. Our reports are type written narrative and include all the information you need to make an informed decission about the purchase of your property. It includes estimated cost of repairs for both major defects as per the Pennsylvania Law and recommended repairs. In addition we provide, at no additional cost color digital photos taken during the inspection of defects and general items as necessary and recommend repair items when applicable.
